ACH Authorization Agreement

This ACH Authorization Agreement authorizes Blue TR Consulting to electronically debit your bank account for subscription services.

By selecting ACH payment and providing your banking information, you agree to the following terms.

Authorization

You authorize Blue TR Consulting to initiate recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit entries from your designated bank account for your selected subscription plan.

These debits will occur on a monthly recurring basis for the applicable membership fee.

Subscription Charges

Current membership plans include:

• Essential Plan – $49.99 per month

• Premium Plan – $64.99 per month

Charges will occur automatically each billing cycle unless the membership is cancelled.

Authorization Duration

This authorization will remain in effect until:

• You cancel your subscription

• You revoke authorization by contacting our support team

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Account Responsibility

By providing ACH authorization, you agree to:

• Maintain sufficient funds in your bank account

• Ensure banking information is accurate

• Notify Blue TR Consulting if your banking information changes

Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in service suspension.

Revoking Authorization

You may revoke ACH authorization at any time by contacting:

support@bluetrconsulting.com

Revocation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Blue TR Consulting before initiating a dispute with your bank.

Our support team will work to resolve billing concerns promptly.

Blue TR Consulting uses secure payment processing partners to handle ACH transactions and does not store full banking credentials directly on our servers.
